FAQs

A: We're sorry to hear that! Most of the time, yes. Please contact info@duggalgallery.com as soon as possible within 5 days of receiving a damaged print. Otherwise, there isn’t much we can do! We ask that you include photos of the damages, your order number, and a brief description in your email. 

When sending the print back to us, please include the original packaging, the order number, and the certificate of authenticity. 

If we have more prints available we will replace your order. If not, we will issue a refund. After 5 days, there is not much we can do for you, so please act quickly if you see any damage. 

A: After an order has been processed and shipped, our sales are final. We assume that your purchase decision is made carefully and we expect you to commit to it. If there is a legitimate reason to refund your order (such as damage, see above) then we're happy to work with you to find the best solution.
