RETURN POLICY

Due to the limited nature of our fine art prints, all sales are final.

Damaged Items: Buyers must notify Duggal Gallery of damaged artwork within five (5) days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement. The damaged artwork should be returned to the Duggal Gallery team along with the original packaging, the order number, and the original certificate of authenticity. We also ask that you please take pictures of your item, as well as damages, and the packaging in which it came, and email them to info@duggalgallery.com within five (5) days of receipt. 

Assessment of the damage and the decision regarding refund/replacement eligibility is made at the discretion of Duggal Gallery team. The Duggal Gallery team encourages every buyer to check their print immediately upon delivery for any damage. After a five (5) day period (starting from the “delivered” date indicated by the mail courier), Duggal Gallery cannot guarantee a refund or replacement item. 

For any damages incurred or prints lost during transit, the buyer assumes the risk upon completion of purchase. 

Lost or Stolen Items: Duggal Gallery assumes that any shipping addresses provided upon purchase are correct and that buyers are able to receive packages at the shipping address provided. Once an order is released to the mail courier, the buyer is responsible for tracking their package and ensuring they can receive it at the provided shipping address.

If you believe that your package has been stolen, please file a report with your local police department and/or notify any persons who might have accepted the package on your behalf. 

Undelivered Orders: Duggal Gallery does not bear the responsibility for undelivered packages or misdeliveries. Duggal Gallery assumes that any shipping addresses provided upon purchase are correct and that buyers are able to receive packages at the shipping address provided. An undelivered order (returned to Duggal Gallery by the courier) can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

If a buyer would like to cancel a shipment after it has been returned by the mail courier, Duggal Gallery will subtract a restocking fee from the refund. Shipping charges are never refundable. 

International Orders: The buyer is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the receiving country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely; Duggal Gallery has no control over international customs charges, nor can Duggal Gallery predict what they may be. 

The collection of these charges may be administered by the mail courier. These charges are separate from shipping charges calculated on the Duggal Gallery site. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import fees. 

Duggal Gallery will not issue refunds for refused packages.
